Live Hard, Train Hard

Certain sporting professions and occupations require extreme levels of fitness. We use high-intensity interval training methods and customize training programs to suit any sporting or occupational demand.

Scenario 1:

You’re a police officer making a routine traffic stop. All of a sudden, the driver of the vehicle pushes you over and sprints off. You give chase, running flat out, jumping over fences and dodging obstacles. You finally tackle him, but it’s not over. He fights back. You have to wrestle with him for a full minute before you are able to restrain him.

Scenario 2:

You’re a submission fighter. You compete in 10 minute rounds of high intensity grappling.

Scenario 3:

You’re kick-boxer. You fight hard for 3 minutes, and then you have a 2 minute rest period. This is repeated several times.
